The Crab Apple (Malus sylvestris) is a small to medium-sized deciduous tree with showy pink-tinged white flowers in the spring followed by small blush coloured fruits in the winter. The leaves of the Crab Apple turn yellow in the autumn. Crab Apple trees are unfussy and will grow in most soil conditions and will tolerate partial shade. They are ideal specimen trees for small gardens.
